Welcome to play a Finnish competition season opening tournament, Sulkakauppa ESB Elite, will be held at Forever Matinkylä on August 16–17.8.2025. The ESB Elite has traditionally been for decades the opening of the competitive badminton season in Finland, and always brought together a large community of badminton enthusiasts in Matinkylä.
After a break of a couple of years, the ESB Elite is now returning to its roots and reclaiming its place as the season’s premier event.
During the whole tournament weekend, Sulkakauppa will be there to show and sell badminton products (RSL, Li-Ning, Flypower).
The tournament categories are Elite (V), A, B, C.
Registration for players from Finnish clubs is done through Badminton Finland’s Tournament Software.
International players should register by email at kilpailut@esb.fi

Playing in tournaments / Licenses:
! A license is mandatory Finnish club members - we recommend purchasing it early enough. ! International players do not need a Finnish competition license.
