Sulkakauppa ESB Elite – welcome to watch the matches and enjoy the tournament atmosphere!

The competition season kicks off this weekend with the Sulkakauppa ESB Elite 2025, played at Forever Matinkylä. The tournament will feature 238 players and a total of 246 matches.

A strong field of top-class players from Finland and Estonia will be present, along with many A, B, and C class competitors from across Finland.

Men’s Singles: Top seeds Eliel Melleri [1] (HBC) and Ananda Galvani Daniswara [2] (ESB)

Women’s Singles: Top seeds Yelyzaveta Gusarenko [1] (ESB) and Aino Övermark [2] (ESB)

Men’s Doubles: No.1 seeds Iikka Heino / Robin Jäntti (HBC) and No.2 seeds Ananda Galvani Daniswara / Tony Lindelöf (ESB/TS)

Women’s Doubles: No.1 seeds Iina Suutarinen / Noora Nokkala (ESB) and No.2 seeds Elisaveta Berik / Emili Pärsim (Triiton, EST)

Mixed Doubles: No.1 seeds Anton Kaisti / Iina Suutarinen (HBC/ESB) and No.2 seeds Rasmus Roogsoo / Elisaveta Berik (Triiton, EST)

The elite events promise many exciting matches to watch – and as we know, badminton is always best experienced live.

In men’s elite doubles, one of the strongest challengers could be the pair Anton Kaisti / Ville Lång (HBC/StadinSulka). In elite mixed doubles, the Thai duo Paphon Kasemvudhi and Nonnadda Silamai (ESB/ESB) will also be strong contenders.

It will also be interesting to see how the visiting Estonian players perform against Finland’s top names. The largest category is Men’s Singles C, with 30 participants.

Between matches, you can also update your badminton gear. Sulkakauppa will be at Forever the whole weekend, presenting and selling badminton products (shoes, rackets, grips, clothing, etc.).

Racket stringing service and the café will also be open throughout the event.
