Agenda: Regulatory spring meeting agenda
We will have the regulatory spring meeting on September 22, 17:30 at the ESB Office, Aapelinkatu 5 A, 02230 Espoo. The meeting was not held earlier as we were not able to finish all necessary documents earlier. The agenda contains the regulatory topics (e.g. the approval of financial statements, and setting the freedom of responsibility to the board). This is an invitation to all club members.
This meeting is a good opportunity to meet board members and to learn what kind of voluntary work is being executed in the background of our full-time coaches. After the meeting agenda we are happy to explain more about the club and to answer any questions on how the club works and what kind of future targets we have. The club is always in search of more volunteers to help enabling the joy of badminton for even a larger audience!
We hope you to inform in case you plan to participate, so that we can prepare -- at least with a sufficient amount of seats ;-)
